Tattoo coverup?
i have a tattoo of a black panthers head in a red circle of tribal on my chest about 5 inches across, i got it done when i was younger and i cant stand it, are there any tattoo experts out there who could tell me if it can be covered because of the black in the panthers head

it can be covered up but the part with the panther head would have to be pretty much black which limits what you can get. the first thing that comes to mind is something with a geisha the panther head could be hidden in the hair or something piratey and the panther head could be hidden in a black flag or pirate ship or sail. (i had a black dragon that i got covered up and it had to be covered with a black lava rock but you’d never know if you look at the whole finished tattoo.
the MOST important thing is to research artists. not all tattooers are talented and not all of them can do good coverups. there is nothing worse than having a tattoo that you hate covered up with another one that sucks and you will inevitably hate as well. look at portfolios and keep in mind that many good artists charge more for a coverup because it takes more time and planning and can be more difficult to cover up.
